About the product
Is OptionsScreenerPro a broker?
No. OptionsScreenerPro is a research tool: it ranks and filters stocks and option contracts using market data. It cannot place trades, hold money or securities, or connect to a brokerage account, and it does not give investment advice.
Is the market data realtime?
No. Phase 1 uses free and delayed providers, plus end-of-day data. Every page shows a freshness badge with the source and how old the numbers are. See Understanding data freshness.
What does a column mean?
Hover the column header (or tap it on a phone) for a short definition, or read the Metric glossary for every formula.
Why does a cell show "-" instead of 0?
An unknown number is never shown as 0. A "-" means the value cannot be computed honestly yet, for example because the previous session's baseline is missing; the tooltip says why.
Plans and account
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan needs no card. Paid plans add more saved screens, watchlists, alerts, reports and exports; see Pricing and Account and billing.
How do I cancel?
From Account → Billing. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Alerts and notifications
How quickly do alerts fire?
Alerts are checked on the schedule shown on the Alerts page, against delayed data, so they can lag the live market by the provider's delay. See Alerts.
AI copilot
What can the AI see?
Only what the page you are on shows and what you type, minimised before it leaves OptionsScreenerPro. It never sees your password or payment details. Read AI and your data.
