Account → Account groups its settings in tabs, each with its own link (for example /account?tab=preferences):

Steps

Upgrade

  1. Open Account → Billing and click See plans.
  2. Choose a plan. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout; card details never touch our servers.
  3. When Stripe sends you back, the page shows the new plan as soon as the payment is confirmed (this can take a few seconds).

Cancel

  1. Open Account → Billing.
  2. Cancel the subscription and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free. Watchlists, saved screens and alerts are kept; anything above the Free limits is paused.

Change your profile or password

  1. Open Account → Account.
  2. Use the Profile tab for your name, phone and address, and the Security tab to change your password. Passwords need at least 10 characters with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a number.
  3. If you signed up with Google, the Security tab lets you set a password so you can also sign in by email.

Set your Screener Autopilot defaults

  1. Open Account → Account, then the Preferences tab.
  2. Under Screener Autopilot, set the universe, minimum open interest, maximum spread, DTE window and delta band.
  3. Click Save Autopilot. New screens and the assistant start from these values and show that defaults were applied.

Choose end-of-day report emails

On plans that include them, open Account → End-Of-Day reports and pick the reports you want by email after the close. Every email carries the same freshness information as the web pages.

Renewal, payments and refunds

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price. Account → Billing shows the renewal date, your usage against the plan's limits and your last 12 payments; receipts and full history are in the billing portal.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the account is treated as Free until the payment succeeds.
  • Refund terms are set out in the Terms of service.

FAQs

How do I delete my account?

Send a request from the feedback page while signed in. Billing records are kept as required by law; see the Privacy policy.

How do I stop marketing or report emails?

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets, security notices) cannot be switched off.

Troubleshooting

I paid but my plan still shows Free

Stripe confirms payments a few seconds after the redirect. Reload Account → Billing after a minute. If it still shows Free, send the payment date from the feedback page.

I cannot sign in after changing my password

Changing your password signs out your other sessions. Sign in again with the new password, or use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
