Plan and usage
See what your plan includes, how much of each limit you use, when your plan renews, and what needs your attention on the dashboard.
Overview
Plan & usage shows your plan, when it renews (or when a trial ends), a meter for each limit (saved screens, alerts, watchlists, symbols per watchlist), how much history you can see, and which features your plan includes. Counts are read live from your account.
Steps
- Open the user menu in the top right and choose Plan & usage, or open Account → Account and the Plan & usage tab.
- Read the meters: a meter turns amber above 80 % of a limit and red when you are over it.
- Under What your plan includes, features not in your plan show Not in your plan · Upgrade.
Attention required
The dashboard lists only things that need you, each with one button: an unverified e-mail address, alerts that fired in the last 24 hours, failed alert deliveries, a limit you are close to, a data feed that is running late, or a payment that did not go through. When there is nothing to do, the section is not shown.
Example
On a plan with 10 alerts you have 9: the Alerts meter reads 9 of 10 in amber, and the dashboard shows Alerts: 9 of 10 used with a Plan & usage button.
FAQs
Why does a meter show "-"?
The count is not measured yet (for example a feature that is not switched on). An unknown number is never shown as 0.
What happens above a limit?
Nothing is deleted. Items above the limit become read-only until you remove some or upgrade.
Troubleshooting
I upgraded but the meters still show the old limits
Limits follow your plan as soon as the payment is confirmed. Reload the page after a minute.
